Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields says a West End man is facing charges of trafficking in cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies served a search warrant.
Michael Ryner, 44, was arrested Tuesday after deputies “executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Cloverwood Lane in West End” at the end of a drug investigation.
Officials confiscated cocaine, heroin, and items of drug paraphernalia.
Ryner was arrested last year and was facing 22 charges after fleeing from a traffic stop in West End, according to a news advisory in September 2021 by Fields. To read information pertaining to that arrest, please click here.
The suspect’s unsecured bond was set at $15,000 by Magistrate Swanson. Â He is expected in court next week and is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
