A Washington, North Carolina woman was arrested Saturday night for breaking and entering of a Carthage home and placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond, according to a news release from The Moore County Sheriff’s Office.

Dulce Guadalupe Gobellan-Ponce, 18, was charged with one count of felony breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny after breaking and entering, one count of felony possession of stolen goods, one count of larceny of a firearm, one count of possession of a stolen firearm and one count of felony conspiracy.

Gobellan-Ponce has a January 23rd court date, according to arrest records.

All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
