A 35-year-old Eagle Springs man was arrested and placed at the Moore County Detention Center in Carthage under a $750,000 secured bond.
“On March 28, 2025, detectives with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search at a residence in the 100 block of Mitte Road in the Eagle Springs area of Moore County,” said Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields in a media release on Friday. “During the search, authorities seized 12.3 ounces of cocaine, 13 pounds of marijuana, 233 dosage units of MDMA (ecstasy), various items of drug and marijuana paraphernalia, two firearms, and more than $6,500.00 in cash.”

Courtney Marsh is facing charges of trafficking in MDMA, possession with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule I controlled substance, felony possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, trafficking in cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, trafficking in marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule VI controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.
Marsh’s court date is set for April 2.
