A Jackson Springs man was arrested for breaking and entering and larceny of motor vehicles.
Moore County Deputies arrested Charles Eugene Lee, 64, from a Maple Lane address, on Wednesday evening according to a news release from the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Lee was charged with two counts of breaking and entering into motor vehicles and two counts of larceny of motor vehicles. The offense date is listed as June 22. The news release did not state the town the crime occurred.
The suspect was placed in the Moore County Detention Center and placed under a $20,000 secured bond, according to arrest records.
Lee has a court date on July 25 and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
