Joseph David Kennerly, Sr, age 75, of Cameron, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst, surrounded by his family.
Joseph was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 1, 1944 to Paul George and Katherine ReinasKennerly. He served over 21 years as a Volunteer Firefighter. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Bette Kennerly; children, Barbara Kennerly and Joseph D. Kennerly, Jr.(Denise) all of Cameron; grandchildren, James Pedersen, Madelin Pedersen, Nathan Pedersen, Daelyn ElizabethCubbage and Rory Joseph Cubbage.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Katherine Sherman and brothers, Paul Kennerly and Robert Anderson.
