Michael Anthony Oxendine entered into rest on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the FirstHealth Hospice House.
Michael was born in Lumberton, North Carolina, on July 12, 1960, to James Percy Oxendine and Elizabeth Hunt.
A woodworker by trade, Michael spent his free time with his loving daughters, Amelia and Lexi, and with dogs LuLu and Doodle
He was preceded in death by his father, James Percy Oxendine, and his mother, Elizabeth Hunt. He is survived by his sister, Zelda Campbell (Ricky), and his loving children, Lexi Georgette Oxendine; Amelia May Oxendine; and Joseph “Joey” Colwell (Tanisha).
A visitation will begin at 11:00 am at Fry & Prickett Funeral Home on Saturday, July 25, 2026. A service following the visitation, officiated by Pastor Andrew Kegley, will commence at 12:00 p.m.
