A 15-year-old runaway girl officials have been looking for has been located.
Moore County Sheriff’s Department requested help from the public in January to locate Jada Garnett, of Southern Pines, who was last seen on Dec. 16, 2022.
A poster had been issued by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
“Runaway Juvenile, Jada Garnett, has been located,” announced the sheriff’s office on its Facebook page on Feb. 9.
