Emergency crews responded to a rollover accident in front of Bob’s Pizza on US Hwy 1 Saturday afternoon at 4:15 pm.
A Honda Fit vehicle was headed north on US Hwy 1 when it ran off the left-hand side of the road into the median and rolled over.
Two occupants of the car had to be transported to FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The northbound traffic was merged into one lane while emergency crews worked.
Responding to the accident were Cypress Pointe Fire & Rescue, Moore County Sheriff’s Department, and the NC State Highway Patrol. The Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
