In loving memory of David Michael Swain, Jr. of Carthage, NC who passed away at Reid Heart Center in Pinehurst on the morning of March 13th, surrounded by loved ones.
He was the son of the late David Michael Swain Sr. and Frieda Kathryn Swain of West End. He was a devoted husband and father and is survived by his wife, Sheila Needham Swain, sons, Seth and Houston Swain, as well as a daughter, Kelly Davis. He was a beloved brother to Lisa Swain Bennett and a proud Grandpa to 3 beautiful grandchildren; Tucker, Teagan, and Dawn. David is also survived by a nephew, Adam Ferguson, as well as nieces, Caitlin Swain, Kandace, Kayla, and Klaire Needham.
Flowers may be sent to Fry & Prickett Funeral Home in Carthage, NC. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, March 16, 2018, officiated by Reverend Bucky Hendrix at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Foxfire, and a private graveside service for family will follow at the Flint Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Carthage.
