Three people from Robbins were arrested Tuesday on drug charges, according to a news advisory from Moore County Sheriff’s Office.

The three individuals were arrested following a search warrant for a home on Hemp Street Extension in Robbins after authorities conducted a drug investigation.

Deputies arrested Richard Wayne Brown, 48, Amanda Bray Smith, 40, and Terrill Lynn Morgan, 53.

All three suspects were each charged with simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintain vehicle/dwell/place controlled substance. 

Brown and Smith’s bonds were set at $5,000, and Morgan was placed under a $2,500 bond.

Suspects have a March 26 court date and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
