Three people are facing charges after detectives with the Moore County Sheriff's Department searched a home in Eagle Springs.

Three people are facing charges after detectives with the Moore County Sheriff’s Department searched a home in Eagle Springs.

Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced the search warrant was issued Thursday at a home in the 500 block of Possum Holler Road.

During the search, detectives seized suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, oxycodone, endocet, hydrocodone, and drug paraphernalia.

Heather Locklear, 63, of Eagle Springs, is facing charges of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances, simple possession of schedule II controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Locklear was also arrested on drug charges early in 2024, 2023, and 2018.

Dillon Lyston, 36, of Eagle Springs, is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lyston was also served with an outstanding arrest warrant for breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods or property, and injury to property to obtain nonferrous metals. 

Lyston was also arrested with 21 other people in 2019 during a drug investigation.

Michael Bohler, 58, of Robbins, is facing a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. 

All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
