Three people from Robbins are facing multiple drug charges after a search of a home, according to Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields in a statement.
“On February 10, 2022, Deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Whisper Lane in Robbins,” said Fields about the investigation.
Tracy Hurley, Dylan Brown, and Sandra Berry were arrested when deputies found heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, tramadol, and drug paraphernalia.
“The search warrant was executed at the conclusion of a drug investigation,” said Fields.
Hurley, 43, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Hurley was also served with an outstanding warrant for felony probation violation. The suspect’s bond was set at $22,500.
Dylan Brown, 22, was placed under a $10,000 bond and charged with possession of heroin, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sandra Berry, 40, was charged with possession of marijuana greater than ½ ounce to 1 ½ ounce, simple possession of schedule IV-controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. She was given a $2,500 bond.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
