A Robbins man was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop in Carthage.

Sheriff Neil Godfrey said in a news release that Timothy Hussey, 40, was arrested after deputies searched his 2003 Toyota Camry late Thursday evening.

Deputies seized 32 dosage units of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), seven grams of methamphetamine, four grams of marijuana, two oxycodone prescription pills, a firearm and assorted drug paraphernalia.

Hussey, from the 100 block of Garner Britt Drive was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule I (LSD) controlled-substance, felony possession of a schedule I (LSD) controlled-substance, possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule II (methamphetamine) controlled-substance, felony possession of a schedule II (methamphetamine) controlled-substance, possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony maintaining a vehicle for the storage of a controlled-substance, simple possession of a schedule II (oxycodone) controlled-substance, simple possession of a schedule VI (marijuana) controlled-substance and the possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to arrest records, Hussey was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond.  He is due in court on January 9th.

All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
