A man from Eagle Springs is facing six drug charges after deputies confiscated cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and $9,080 after a search at the end of a drug investigation.
Tracy Brown, 49, was placed at the Moore County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond on Thursday.
“On September 23rd, 2021, Deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 200 block of Elmer Place in Eagle Springs,” said Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields in a statement.
Brown is due in court on Oct. 14 for charges of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, maintain a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
