Charles Wayne Bell, age 76, of Southern Pines, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Magnolia Gardens Nursing Home in Southern Pines.
Wayne was born in Greenville, South Carolina on December 20, 1943 to the late Willis Myrle Bell, Sr. and Georgia Amelie O’Neal. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Willis Myrle Bell, Jr.
He is survived by his sister, Andra Bell Kelly (Bobby) of South Carolina; nephews, Michael Stalker of Durham and Marshall Stalker of France.
