Daniel S. Brown, 58, passed away peacefully at FirstHealth Hospice House on Thursday, June 8, 2023.
Born April 12, 1965, in Ohio, Dan moved to Raeford, NC, and began working for Five Points Pet Resort, where he worked for 13 years. He was known for the deep love and compassionate care he showed toward the animals.
Dan is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Voke, and long-time girlfriend of 21 years; Christy Scherer. Dan is survived by his father; Dean Brown, son, Daniel Brown, and daughter, Jessica Florkowski, all of St. Paris, Ohio.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 11, 2023, at 1 pm, by his friends and colleagues at Five Points Pet Resort, afterwards, Dan will be inurned at PineLawn Memorial Park with Christy.
