UPDATE: Barbara Jo Juergens has been located.
The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Pinehurst endangered woman, Barbara Jo Juergens.
Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Barbara Jo Juergens, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Barbara Juergens is a 67-year-old white female with gray/brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5ft, 8in and weighs 137 pounds.
Ms. Juergens was last seen around 2:00 am Thursday in the Pinyon Circle area and was wearing a green rain jacket, black down coat, multi-colored scarf, gray pants, black shoes, gold wedding band, silver necklace, silver watch, and blue framed glasses.
