A local man was arrested for breaking and entering in Carthage on August 3rd, according to a press release from Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Timothy Silvernail, age 46, was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
Silvernail, from Union Church Road in Carthage, was charged with one count of felony breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, one count of larceny and one count of possession of stolen goods, according to Sheriff Godfrey.
Silvernail’s District Court date is on August, 8, 2017.
