~ Approved on consent agenda: minutes, deed of dedication for Pinehurst Senior Apartments, budget amendments, Area I K-5 elementary school project ordinance revision 3, 2018 bond referendum project ordinance revision 3, FY18-19 Rural Operating Assistance Program application, resolutions authorizing upset bid process for LRK #s 00003283 and 00042122, application for use of historic courthouse grounds, authorization for Vice Chair to sign all documents approved in the 10/2/18 meeting.
~ Held a public hearing regarding the Schedule of Values for the 2019 tax revaluation.
~ Called a public hearing on October 16, 2018 at 5:30pm regarding the FY 19-20 5311 and 5339 Community Transportation Program application.
~ Appointed Pamela Leroy as ETJ member of Town of Pinebluff Planning Board/Board of Adjustment Committee.
~ Appointed Glen Matthews and Jeremiah Comer as ETJ members of the Town of Robbins Planning Board.
