FirstHealth is seeking individuals to serve on their Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC).
The PFAC works with FirstHealth to promote family-centered care, to collaborate on improving quality of care, and improve patient and family satisfaction. Council members provide feedback regarding environmental design, services and programs.
Additionally, council members serve as a vital link between the hospital and the community by promoting a positive relationship between FirstHealth and the community.
Individuals are invited to self-nominate if they meet the following criteria:
Have a patient experience within the past three years as either the patient or as a family member of a patient at a FirstHealth facility.
Able to attend meetings on the first Tuesday of the month.
Live in Richmond, Moore, Montgomery, Lee or Hoke counties.
Serve a two-year term.
Have a commitment to support the values of FirstHealth and a commitment to quality care.
If you meet the above criteria and are interested in serving, please contact Roxanne Elliott, Chair of the PFAC at (910) 715-3487 or email [email protected].
