Allen Wayne George, 35, and Cynthia Michelle Shoemaker, 33, who both live on Quite Oak road in Carthage were arrested for conspiring to provide drugs to a Moore County Detention Center inmate, according to a news release.
Sheriff Neil Godfrey announced George was charged with conspiring to deliver liquid Methadone, a schedule II controlled substance, and he was placed in the Moore County Detention Center where he was given a $25,000 secured bond with a July 11, 2017 District Court date.
Shoemaker was charged with aiding and abetting to provide an inmate drugs, conspiring to deliver liquid Methadone, a schedule II controlled substance and the possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Shoemaker was released on an unsecured bond, and she was given a July 11, 2017 District Court date the news release stated.
