Two people were injured after a vehicle rolled over on U.S. 1 south of Pinebluff Saturday afternoon.
Authorities on scene told the Sandhills Sentinel that a GMC Yukon was headed south on U.S. 1 and had just passed Black Cherry Way when the driver ran off the right-hand side of the highway, lost control, and rolled over.
Both occupants were evaluated by emergency medical personnel for non-life-threatening injuries. One southbound lane of U.S. 1 was temporarily closed while first responders worked to investigate the incident and clear the scene of debris.Â
The North Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash. No further details were released.
Pinebluff Fire Department, Aberdeen Fire and Rescue, Pinebluff Police Department, Moore County EMS, and the North Carolina Highway Patrol responded.
