Grace Kiser Moore,88, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Elmcroft Assisted Living, Southern Pines, NC.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM, Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Acorn Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, with Dr. John Williamson officiating.
Grace was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother. She worked in textiles at Ithaca Industries. Grace enjoyed being outdoors, walking, gardening: both vegetables and flowers. She also cared for her home and family. Grace always looked forward to time spent with all her family. She liked to read and listen to gospel music, attending concerts when she could. Grace was a member of the Senior Saints at Acorn Ridge and was thankful for the many trips they took. She was able to visit the Holy Land on two different occasions. She was a daughter of the late Robie Dewey and Mary Elizabeth Hayes Kiser and was preceded in death by husband of 51 years, James Talmadge Moore; son: Terry Moore; son in law: Terry Sauceman; 5 brothers; 4 sisters.
Grace is survived by daughters: Debbie Sauceman; Deana Bean and husband Darrell, Jody Strickland and husband Brad; son: Marty Moore and wife Sharon; daughter in law: Cheryl Moore; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.
