Robbins Police blotter for August

The Robbins Police Department provided the following charges for the month of August.

Week 1: 

Zakery Vaughn – firearm violation protective order, carrying a concealed gun, protective order violation, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Week 2: 

Tonya Gonzalez – Traffic stop: DWI, two counts of child abuse, two counts of resisting public officer, and possession of an open container.

Cameron Hayes – Traffic stop: possession of heroin, possession of schedule II (fentanyl), two concealed firearms, simple possession of scheduled III, marijuana up to 1/2 oz., marijuana paraphernalia, possession drug paraphernalia, no insurance, warrant for no insurance, and maintaining a dwelling place of controlled substance.

Ashley Morgan – littering 15-500 pounds and illegal dumping.

Week 3: 

Josiah Dunlap – Traffic stop: marijuana paraphernalia, no registration, and inspection violation.

Brandon Purdue – Traffic stop (assisting sheriff’s Office) and order for arrest for possession.

Week 4: 

After investigating an incident on Lindell Drive, Lt. Dunlap arrested the following two suspects on the following charges.

Christina Daniel – possession of methamphetamine, schedule II (fentanyl), schedule III (Suboxone), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marcus Pratt – possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule II (fentanyl), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rodolfo Chaves – multiple driving while license revoked charges.

Week 5: 

Zachery Denton – Traffic stop: possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, driving with fake or altered tag, no registration, no inspection, and open container after consuming.

Christopher Hamelton – second-degree trespassing.

Officers went to serve a warrant for Monica Aroyo and discovered suspected drugs inside the home. As a result, the following suspects were charged with the following offenses:

Monica Aroyo – warrant, maintaining dwelling place of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession schedule II (fentanyl), simple possession schedule VI, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Rego-Bartlett – possession of schedule II (fentanyl), maintaining a dwelling place of a controlled substance, possession of schedule VI.

Debra Church – After following up on the investigation, Church was given a citation for possession of schedule VI, marijuana up to 1/2 oz., and marijuana paraphernalia. 

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
