Obituary for Daniel Jacob Bolerjack

Daniel “Danny” Jacob Bolerjack, tragically passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at the age of 34.

He is survived by his mother, Becky Poffenbarger, two sisters, Tegan Bolerjack and Katrina Goodfellow, and two beautiful boys, Louis Bolerjack and Fredryck Caiazzo, his paternal grandfather, Jack Poffenbarger and several cousins, aunts and uncles. Preceded in death by his father, Lee Bolerjack, maternal grandmother, Marjorie Poffenbarger and paternal grandparents, Thurman and Marguerite Bolerjack.

Danny was born on July 16, 1987 in Joliet, Illinois and was a handful from the start.  His impish grin as a child always melted his momma’s heart and he often did get away with a lot.  That grin served him well growing up and as a darn good looking, pretty handsome guy, became affectionately known as his “Bitch Kryptonite” by all his friends.  He was a bit reckless at times and always down for a good time. Danny had a huge heart and was kind to everyone he met and never met a stranger. A trip down the street to the gas station or a store run often times ended up taking an hour or more due to chatting with anyone and everyone he met.  He was loyal to a fault for those he loved and cared for and he was full of life.  No matter what problems were going on in his world, he always projected a good attitude and positive spin for those around him, putting everyone at ease, as well as being able to make you laugh.

He wore many hats and was skilled enough to do just about anything but didn’t like getting his hands dirty.  He finally found his calling working for Asheboro Ford in Asheboro, NC as a service advisor in the past year and was well respected by his fellow employees and supervisor.

Most of all, Danny loved his kids and being a Dad was the best thing in his life!  He was happiest taking them to the park and other adventures, showing them off to his friends, shopping, talking about them, building anything with legos and just having a good time with them and making sure they did too.  He was a big kid himself.

Danny and his family are all life-long Star Wars fans as are his boys. He loved video games as well and spent many nights with his buddies gaming.  Taking family trips with his mom and sisters were always fun with never a dull moment and laughter the whole time. He loved his family and never hung up the phone or left before always saying I love you at least once and giving big hugs.

He was a bright light in this world that was snuffed out too soon. His soul and essence will forever be missed by ALL of us that loved him, heart and soul.

DAMMIT DAN
