Sandra Moore Stevens, age 59, of Cameron, passed away on Monday 28, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 3:00pm at Johnsonville Church of God in Cameron with Pastor Koni Howard officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the church from 1 until 3 and other times at the sister’s home, 831 Brooks Mangum Road, Cameron, NC 28326. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Sandra was born in Sanford, North Carolina on September 21, 1962 to the late William Moore and Linda Moore McLean. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ashley Stevens.
Her best friend in life was her husband, Frank Stevens. Sandra loved the Lord and her church family. She enjoyed her time outside swinging and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved her family dearly. Sandra was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Frank Stevens; daughters, Kristin Burtrum (Tameron Sweat) of Sanford, Charity Zarate (John) of Cameron, Shanna Stevens (Dustin Guinn) of Sanford; sister, Sue Burris of Cameron; brothers, Ray Moore (Debbie) of Lillington, William Moore of Cameron, Mike Moore (Patricia) of West End; fourteen grandchildren and one great-grandson.
