Sharon S. Moffitt, 74, of Aberdeen, NC passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at her home.
She was born July 3, 1944 in Billings, Montana, to the late Lowell Herbert Wunderlich and Dorothy Gower Wunderlich.
Sharon was a strong and independent woman. She was very fond of the work of the American painter Thomas Kinkade. She loved working in the yard, crossword puzzles and cats. Her last job had been working as a cashier for Harris Teeter.
Sharon’s life was guided by an unwavering faith in God. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter Jackie Jamerson; sisters Joan Wunderlich of Washington State, Gayle Tieszen (Bill) of Billings, Montana; and brother Wade Wunderlich of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her husband H. Wayne Moffitt in 2007.
A service will be held at a later date.
