2 from West End facing several drug charges

Two people from West End are facing several drug charges after being arrested by Moore County Sheriff Deputies.

Deputies, with the assistance of Moore County Probation/Parole, served a search warrant at a West End home in the 100 block of Blackwood Court on Tuesday.

Scott Andrews, 33, and Tara Harrigan-Andrews, 34, were arrested after law enforcement found marijuana, THC wax, amphetamine pills, Buprenorphine and Naloxone, Clonazepam pills, marijuana paraphernalia, drug paraphernalia, and $2,887 in cash.

Each suspect was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule III controlled substance, felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance, two counts of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Harrigan-Andrews was also charged with an additional count of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substance. She was placed under a $50,000 bond.

Andrews was on active probation and served with a probation violation. His bond was set at $60,000.

Suspects are scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on December 2 and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
