A Robbins man was arrested after a search warrant at his residence led to the seizure of methamphetamine, a firearm and a stolen U-Haul trailer, according to the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Ronnie Fields said detectives executed a search warrant Aug. 5 at a residence in the 100 block of Sunset Place in Robbins.
During the search, investigators reportedly seized suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a firearm and a stolen U-Haul trailer.
As a result of the investigation, Charles Prince Jr., 66, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle, authorities said.
Prince was committed to the Moore County Detention Center under a $40,500 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on Aug. 27.
All charges are allegations, and Prince is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
