A West End man is behind bars on multiple drug charges, according to Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields.

Brian Gregory Sealy, 31, was pulled over Thursday during a traffic stop in West End, and deputies seized approximately $5,888 worth of drugs consisting of 61.3 grams of cocaine, 7.3 grams of heroin, 29 dosage units of Oxycodone prescription pills, 28 dosage units of Suboxone and $1,216 in cash.

“Deputies initiated the traffic stop with the knowledge that the driver of the vehicle had outstanding warrants for arrest,” said Sheriff Fields in a news release.

Sealy was charged with felony possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, possession of heroin, possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, trafficking opium or heroin, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance-(Oxycodone), trafficking opium or heroin-(Oxycodone), possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule III controlled substance-(Suboxone), maintain a vehicle for keeping and selling a controlled substance and simple possession of schedule III controlled substance-(Suboxone).

The suspect was also served with two outstanding warrants for arrest.

Sealy’s bond was set at $350,000, has a Nov. 20 court date and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
