Deputies make arrests after drug investigation

Three people from Robbins were arrested on drug charges on Jan. 4.

In a news advisory, Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced the individuals were arrested following a drug investigation in Robbins.

A search warrant was executed in the 100 block of Baldwin Road.

Deputies confiscated heroin, methamphetamine, buprenorphine, naloxone, Xanax, a firearm, and drug paraphernalia. 

The following suspects were arrested:

John McNeal, 31, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a citation.

Blake Garner, 19, is under a $2,500 bond for charges of possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of schedule I controlled substance-(Heroin), simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

William Brown, 25, was charged with simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed under a $2,500 bond.

All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
