A fire that engulfed two vehicles Saturday afternoon at a residence off Providence Chapel Road in Robbins is under investigation.
By the time responding units arrived on the scene, the two vehicles were already engulfed in flames. According to authorities, the fire broke out when one vehicle, a BMW, caught fire, then spread to an adjacent Chevrolet Silverado.
The Robbins Fire Department quickly extinguished the flames, preventing the fire from spreading to the nearby home, additional vehicles, and other equipment.
Residents were present on the property and no one was injured as a result of the fire.Â
The cause of the fire is under investigation, and no further details are available at this time.
The Moore County Sheriff’s Office and Robbins Fire Department responded.
